9-10 with erine at night. Probably about 7 minute pace. After a rainy summer it's finally getting hot. I do a lot better in the heat if I run slower. I'm going to try(key word) to run a lot the next couple of weeks until owen and stanley get back so I can jump right in with their training.

Is Erine a dude or chick? Running with chicks doesn't count as mileage.
Erine is a dude. He's a great guy who unjoined the 200lb club a couple of years ago. If I flip out and request a transfer (likely)he could also be my new boss.
