IF Run with Dudes

6 miles with Erik, Paul and Owen. Tired, but good to run with people. Feet hurt from running home barefoot from Crown and Anchor last night. I'm running the Fila relays tomorrow. If I run ok, I'll buy a ticket out to Providence.
