ouch my knee

6 with Luke after work. Going to do a bit more, but my knee was killing me. I was limping around work all day but it started getting better as the day wore on so I figured I'd try it out. If it's not any worse tomorrow I'll push it a little more. I emailed Neal for the diagnosis, but I'm not exactly sure what's wrong.
