5 Easy run around IF with Owen after work. It's getting cool enough that running easy around 7pm
doesn't' seem like a life or death struggle. Pretty sore from strides and some new
exercises. I think I'm also getting a little sick. Now I feel like less of a pussy for having an easy week.
